About the Chapter
The Saharanpur Chapter covers the north-western tip of Uttar Pradesh, serving surgeons across Saharanpur, Shamli and Muzaffarnagar districts. Despite its smaller size, the chapter maintains a consistent schedule of academic activities and is an active participant in UPASI's annual conferences and award programmes.
The chapter focuses on continuing medical education for surgeons practicing in district and sub-district hospitals, where access to tertiary academic centres is limited.
